Who are these classes for?
Our classes—Pole Fitness, Aerial Yoga, Bungee, Cardio Fitness—are for women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. No experience required!
I’m not flexible or in shape. Can I still join?
Absolutely! No dance experience? No problem. You’ll move at your own pace, build strength, and gain confidence. No one is watching or judging you.
What should I wear?
Pole Fitness:
Sports bra, tank top, and shorts
No jewelry, lotion, or shoes
Skip moisturizer on class day—it makes gripping the pole or hammock difficult.
Aerial Yoga & Lyra Hoop:
Tight-fitting leggings and tops (tank tops okay)
Always have a long-sleeved shirt option for days you may practice moves that can cause bruising on the upper body.
No jewelry, zippers, rhinestones, or sharp nails
No lotion
No shoes
Barre & Cardio Classes:
Athletic workout clothes
Sneakers for cardio classes
Do you have changing rooms or showers?
No showers or changing rooms. We have a restroom for changing and cubbies for your belongings.

What should I bring?
Water (closed container)
Towels for pole classes
Sneakers for cardio classes
Boxing gloves for Kickboxing
Hair ties/clips
Yoga mat
No perfume, please!
What should I expect?
You may feel sore—pole and aerial yoga are full-body workouts.
Minor bruising or skin discomfort is normal at first.
You’ll feel proud and exhilarated as you learn new skills!
Safety mats are available—just ask your instructor.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens, but because our classes often have waitlists and limited equipment, we require advance notice for cancellations:
Cancel at least 3 hours before class.
If you cancel late or do not show up:
A $30 late cancellation fee applies.
A $30 no-show fee applies.
This policy ensures that other members have the opportunity to join and that our classes run smoothly. Thank you for respecting this rule!
What if I am late to class?
For safety reasons, late entry is at the instructor’s discretion. Doors may be locked once class begins, and late arrivals may not be permitted to participate.
Is the studio clean and sanitary?
Yes! Poles and hammocks are disinfected after every use. The studio is cleaned daily and professionally each week. We take hygiene seriously.
Will I fall on my head?
No worries! Intro classes focus on building strength and confidence. No advanced tricks or inversions until you’re ready.
How do I register?
You can sign up for memberships or individual classes through Mindbody
Create an account and register in advance (classes fill up quickly!)
Studio equipment: 10 poles, 7 aerial hammocks, 8 Lyra hoops
Is there a weight limit?
Poles: up to 300 lbs
Aerial hammocks: up to 440 lbs
What ages are welcome?
Under 18 requires parental consent and a signed waiver. Please refer to our Studio Policy section on “Youth Participation” for details. No children allowed during classes.
What are the benefits?
Pole and aerial yoga improve strength, flexibility, confidence, and mental well-being. It’s a workout for your mind, body, and soul.
Do I need to disclose medical conditions?
Yes. Please share any injuries or conditions on your waiver. If pregnant or injured, consult your doctor first. Doctor’s note required for clearance.
Are there any risks?
Like any sport, pole fitness requires proper training and safety precautions. Always work with a certified instructor and progress gradually.
