Studio Policies

Membership

  • Memberships are month-to-month contracts.

  • No sign-up fees and no cancellation fees.

  • Members must cancel their own membership.

  • No membership holds or account freezes, except in limited medical circumstances at the owner’s discretion.

  • No refunds for:

    • Non-use of memberships

    • Drop-in classes

  • Memberships and services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • New members must sign our online contract before attending their first class. This assures they have read and understood our studio policies.

Class Registration & Attendance

  • Memberships and classes can be purchased through Mindbody.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for proper warm-up.

  • No late arrivals—students may be turned away if they are more than 10 minutes late to class (at the discretion of the instructor)

Cancellation Policy

  • To ensure fairness and accommodate members on our waitlist, we have a strict cancellation policy:

    • Classes must be cancelled at least 3 hours before class start time.

    • Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

      • A $30 late cancellation fee will apply if you cancel after the required window.

      • A $30 no-show fee will apply if you do not attend your scheduled class.

    Why is this policy strict?

    • Many classes have limited equipment and limited spots.

    • Some classes have waitlists, and timely cancellations allow other members to join.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows are disrespectful to instructors who prepare, travel, and arrive early to teach. This policy helps ensure their time and professionalism are respected.

  • We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a fair and organized schedule.

Behavior & Etiquette

  • Respect instructors and fellow members.

  • No phone calls or texting during class.

  • Bullying, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal and a permanent ban.

  • Do not ask other members for help—they are not certified instructors.

Photography & Filming

  • No filming or photography during class without instructor's permission.

  • Personal photos/videos allowed after class.

  • Respect member privacy.

  • Studio photos may be used on official social media:

  • Participants ages 16–17 may attend classes only with a parent or legal guardian present in the studio for the entire duration of the class.

  • A parent or guardian must sign all waivers in person with valid ID before the minor may participate.

These guidelines help us maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment for all members.

  • Intoxicated individuals will not be allowed to participate and will not receive a refund.
